I Love National Parks’ Mission:
Inspire people to visit, enjoy, and be captivated by our National Parks so they will treasure them, protect them and pass them on to future generations
Why make a personal website about National Parks? Why not! My wife, Angie, and I feel very privileged to live near some of God’s most beautiful creation in America. Our National Parks protect not only this beauty but hundreds of sites important to our history and culture. We love visiting these places and hope to inspire you to visit them too.
What makes this site different from others? What makes I Love National Parks different is the perspective. On this site, you don’t just see the best side. We try to give you a sample of what your experience might be like. We try to help you plan a better National Parks experience by sharing what we liked, what we didn’t like, and what we would do differently next time at each Park.
Why so many Bible verses? After visiting some of the most awe-inspiring places on Earth, I can’t even fathom the idea that this is merely an accident. When I look at nature, from the highest mountain to the smallest insect, I can’t help but see the masterful and intricate design of a divine and loving Creator. These verses are a humble tribute to His infinite majesty.
Why the ads? The ads are how I keep this site free for every visitor. I’ve done my best to keep them from being too annoying or interfering, and I try to ensure they’re tailored to things of interest for visitors (as much as is in my control). Thanks for taking a moment to glance at them to see if there’s anything that interests you!

I love our National Parks/Monuments too and I love your site. Living near Yellowstone and not far from Glacier makes me love the parks more all the time! Might want to check out my blog, much broader in scope. WildernessWalks.net. Keep up the great work!
I’ve been following you on Twitter for a while and got a chance to visit your site today for the first time when I saw your post about Andersonville. Great site! Looking forward to spending more time here.
